Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo developer to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
Deep knowledge of Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR
Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript (OWL framework)
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and ORM
Experience writing and maintaining custom Odoo modules
Ability to design and implement system integrations via REST/JSON-RPC APIs
Familiarity with Git and agile workflows
Bonus Skills
Odoo certification (functional or technical)
Experience with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployment
Knowledge of multi-company and multi-currency setups
Prior consulting or client-facing project delivery
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Contributions to Odoo community apps (OCA)
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules tailored to client business needs
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (payment gateways, logistics, e-commerce, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and end users
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
- Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality
