Setting Up EasyPost with DMS Module
Adding Notes from Andrew's recording below -it can be deleted or adjusted if needed:
  1. Let the customer set up the EasyPost account and add us as a user. Use the project email so once the invitation is sent, it arrives as a task and we can click on the Accept Invitation link
  2. Set up project account as:
  3. First and Last Name: Project Name + DMS: Trika DMS
  4. Email: Project Alias
  5. Phone Number: DMS Number from the website [Current one 6/10/2026: (801) 770-4869]
  6. Password: Generate a secured one with a Password Generator and add it to the Password Vault [If no access, reach out to Andrew]
To set it up: Inventory>Configuration>EasyPost Account and create a new one
  1. Name: "Default" or just project name. E.g. "Trika"
  2. API Key: Go to EasyPost Account>Settings>API Keys tab. Top right corner button "Add API Keys">"Production". Copy and paste key generated
  3. Test API Key: Same as above: Top right corner button "Add API Keys">"Test". Copy and paste key generated
  4. Turn ON Use Production Keys for ScanForms
  5. Click "Create Webhook" button. You can validate this was done by going to EasyPost account>Webhooks and Events, and you'll see it at the top under "Production Webhooks"
